Molly Connor, PharmD

Molly has over a decade of pharmacy experience spanning community practice, as well as both traditional and transparent PBM environments. After earning her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Kansas, she began her career in community pharmacy, moving into management roles where she gained a strong operational foundation and an appreciation for how patients interact with the pharmacy system.

Molly later joined the clinical team at Elixir where she was focused on developing and applying utilization management criteria. That experience led to a client-facing role where she helped employer groups navigate the complexities of benefit management—including plan design and pharmacy strategy.

Molly then moved to Capital Rx, expanding her understanding of transparent PBM models and gaining deeper insight into the challenges facing employer plan sponsors as pharmacy costs continue to rise.

As Vice President of Regional Employer Sales for RxSS, Molly blends her clinical background, PBM experience, and consultative approach to help large employers improve affordability, optimize benefit strategy, and create a better member experience.
