HBCE covered a breadth of HR and wellness themes, many of which focused on personal and financial health, reducing costs and saving money. Likewise, technology, data and digital systems were common threads throughout.
In other words, all of these fell right into the Rx Savings Solutions wheelhouse.
Attendees seemed to sense this. Unlike some shows, when you have to compete with massive crowds and a thousand other booths, engagement here was natural. People were intentional, eager to connect and learn about what we can do for their groups.
It was also great to see a number of clients, as well as groups covered by the health plans we serve. We were even able to connect a prospect with a client that just went live with us—an impromptu and very valuable reference call, right there in the booth.
Was it that we were in lucky Booth #13? We like to think not!
