Crystal Lennartz, PharmD, MBA
Crystal is responsible for the operational performance of Health Mart, an independent pharmacy franchise, and Health Mart Atlas, a pharmacy services administrative organization (PSAO).
She previously held the role of Vice President & General Manager of Health Mart Atlas and Atlas Specialty. She led Health Mart Atlas to be the largest, top-performing PSAO in the market today. Crystal also oversaw the implementation of Atlas Specialty, bringing the strength of Health Mart Atlas to support specialty pharmacies. Prior to this position, Crystal held multiple roles across Health Mart Atlas and Health Mart, totaling more than 11 years of service.
In addition to her responsibilities, Crystal champions inclusion and advocates for key policies. She is the National Vice Co-Chair for McKesson’s Women Empowered (WE) employee resource group and serves as a board member for McKesson’s Political Action Committee. In 2019, Crystal received a President’s Club award acknowledging her efforts and dedication to payer performance.
Before joining McKesson in 2012, Crystal worked in and on behalf of community pharmacies through roles with Drug Store News, National Association of Chain Drug Stores, SUPERVALU and Walgreens. Crystal was recognized as a Rising Star in 2019 and in Business Excellence in 2023 as part of the Drug Store News Top Women in Health, Wellness and Beauty.
She received both a Doctor of Pharmacy and Master of Business Administration from Drake University, after which she completed an APhA-ASHP Accredited Residency in Pharmacy Practice with emphasis in Community Care.
