DeArcy has more than 27 years of leadership experience in the pharmacy and healthcare industries, including roles with Eckerd Drug, Eli Lilly and Company, Walgreens and United Healthcare. She received her PharmD and MBA from the University of Florida and has clinical training and experience as a Board-Certified Ambulatory Care Pharmacist (BCACP), Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) and Certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist (CTTS). DeArcy is a board member and former president of the Duval County Pharmacy Association, as well as a member of the board of directors for the Florida Pharmacist Association.
