Diana brings more than 30 years of pharmacy experience spanning clinical practice, managed care, and pharmacy innovation. She earned her PharmD from Idaho State University and is a board-certified pharmacotherapy specialist (BCPS). Throughout her career, Diana has developed and led clinical programs focused on improving medication use, patient outcomes, and healthcare value, including launching clinical pharmacy services in neonatal, adult, and cardiovascular intensive care settings.

Her experience also includes designing and implementing medication management, quality improvement, and digital health programs that improve access to care, enhance health outcomes, and lower healthcare costs.

At RxSS, Diana guides clinical intelligence and product strategy focused on helping members, employers, and health plans make more informed medication decisions and achieve better clinical and financial outcomes.
